I am so lucky to spend my days with young children! I love the mindfulness of children, never worrying about yesterday or tomorrow, they live in the moment, a wonderful life lesson for all of us. Children are so genuine, when your breath stinks like coffee, they tell you, they also tell you that they love you and you know they mean it.
When I am not at the preschool, I love being outside in the woods or at the beach, hiking with my greyhounds, taking photos of everything, including my dogs. Yoga is a daily obsession – I love the mindfulness of uniting mind and body.

I love the looks of pure joy and excitement when children explore new tasks and activities. I treasure my relationships with parents/families and their children, which in turn gives children models of social interactions, a vital part of growing and success in the future of the children I teach.
When I am not at preschool, I love reading just about anything, knitting and crocheting, along with gardening and going for walks, with Delylah, my dog. Crossword puzzles are a favorite too.

I love working with preschoolers. Conversations with 3 and 4-year olds can be so much fun and, no matter what difficulties arise, the days are sprinkled with laughter and hugs. Most of all, I love helping to build a strong foundation for children to stand on throughout their lives.
When I am not at preschool, I love yoga, reading, spending time with my 4 children and long walks with my yellow lab, Luther.
